- Come and learn the lost skill of making your own flint knapped arrowhead on this short 3 hour course.
- Through learning some of the basic principles required to knap flint, we will step back in time together to the sounds of stones breaking.
- Learn the technique of pressure flaking and craft your own arrowhead to take home.
- Ages 10+ (all below 18 to be accompanied by an adult)
- All materials and tools supplied
- Tools used: Antler and Copper Pressure Flakers, Hard Hammer stones, Abrading Stones
- Self catered – bring any drinks and snacks desired. Small breaks are encouraged and there is time for taking moments to relax.
